The residential home is a modern building of character, set in private and beautiful gardens, yet only a half a mile from the M6 motorway and close to all local amenities.
All staff teams are highly trained and experienced. Over 50% of our Care Assistants have undergone National Vocational Training to at least NVQ2 to ensure delivery of a high quality standard of care. Brookside staff are carefully chosen and trained assistance is available 24 hours per day. The home has an ISO/9001 Quality System in place.
The home has received a Care Quality Service rating of ‘Good to Excellent’ from the Care Quality Commission and is a preferred provider for Lancashire County Council.
